Job Description

Objective of the role: To handle all foreign purchase process

.
List of responsibilities:
-Perform the needed activities to receive necessary permissions of the ministry of health, ministry of commerce, and other authorities for the importation of products.
- Communicate with suppliers to put orders and arrange the shipments.
- Prepare and handle all necessary documentation to shipping documents, custom affairs, commercial registration and banking procedures.
- Doing all importing processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, and shipping schedules
.
Reporting to: Commercial Manager.
Subordinates: no one.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: 7.30 AM to 16.30 PM.
Travel requirements: No.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: To be agreed upon abilities .
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: No Commissions but , extra payments will be paid monthly for lunch & transportation .

Requirements

- Minimum five years’ experience in commercial sector of pharmaceutical companies. - Fluent in English language: speaking, writing, listening, grammar and External correspondence. - Fluent in Incoterms. - Familiar with all aspect of currency supply (Nima and subsidies currency allocation). - Ability to follow up of all matters in relevant ministries, central bank, ministry of health and etc. -Good working knowledge of MS Office.
