Job Description

Communication, ordering and all other import process formalities such as getting and issuing Performa/ commercial invoice/ packing list/ test report/ communication with inspection company and coordinate to inspect cargo-register.
-Manage all steps that are involved from the purchasing the products to deliver it to our warehouse. It included, insurance, LC, shipping, necessary trade and health permissions, and customs releasing and delivering to warehouse.
-Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers reputation and history.
-Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures.
-Dominate commercial and international business terms and regulations.
-Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
-Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving.
-Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. familiar with laser equipment and medical equipment

Requirements

2-4 years of experience (Experience in medical equipment industry is an asset). -Fluency in English is a MUST. -MS office, common applications. -Strong problem-solving; Written and verbal communications; Prioritizing, multi-tasking; Organizational, and customer-service skills; Attention to detail; Familiarity with foreign trade programs, regulations, import/export laws, and international trade issues; Familiarity with foreign market research; Strong analytical and negotiation skills
