• Reporting to the Business Unit Director, in this role you will Forecast and optimize the allocation of resources according to strategic priorities.
• Develop marketing and promotional activities to meet brand objectives and patients’ needs.
• Achieve targets for launch preparation, patient access, market share growth, sales and profit.
• Drive cross functional collaboration between sales team, marketing and medical to develop and secure product strategy implementation.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key health care stakeholders and medical experts.
• Handle accurate budget management and A&P management.
• Build and foster a team culture that values, recognizes and generates a business oriented and patients centric with high performance.
• Responsible for the effective leadership, coaching and counselling of the field force through regular field visits.
