Job Description

- Supervising the sales and marketing process, especially in the field of air conditioners.
- Maximize company profits at the Area you supervise.
- Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire Area.
- Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the developing of new operations procedures and policies.
- Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations.

Requirements

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. - At least 8 years of work experience in the field of home appliances and especially air conditioner. - Working knowledge of Microsoft office products. - Strong communication skills. - Good written and verbal communications.
