Job Description

• Identify and analyze employees’ competency gaps
• Analyze, design, develop, deliver and assess trainings to address the business needs
• Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs
• Develop integrated training dashboard and generate Reports
• Plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees
• leads HR activities and plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR Management • Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development position Knowledge & Skills • In depth knowledge of organization development, training process and competency concept • Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills • Perservance to see the changes • Positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes • Prefer candidate who has handled dynamic working environment • Good ability to work with the team and independent • Fluent in training standard ( 10015 or 29990 ) • Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
