- Screening resume and completing all recruitment and recruitment steps - Perform all performance appraisal and unit evaluation tasks - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates - Designing payroll & employee benefits to suggest necessary changing for improving the planning - Administer compensation and benefit plans In charge of talent acquisition - Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Undertake development and implementation of human resource policies - Undertake tasks around performance management - Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews - Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities - Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
- B.S. in industrial engineering, Human Resources or relevant fields
- Fluent in performance appraisal
- Familiar with the recruitment process
- 7 years’ experience as an HR professional
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and aspects
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, Tax and S.S.O affairs
- Familiar with PW–Kara and Varanegar systems
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Very flexible in confronting new challenges
- Additional HR training will be a plus
