• Support line manager about issues raised from business related to HR services • Implement HR corporate policies and plans (Such as recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development) • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms, etc. • Discuss workforce demand in each department • Maintain effective employee relations through regularly interacting with personnel in respective functions • Collaborate with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention • Provide HR policy guidance • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department • Evaluate job satisfaction elements • Suggest new HR strategies
Requirements
• More than 3 years of experience as an HR business partner
• Proven work experience in tech companies
• Master degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Fluent in English and Farsi
• Ability to build Effective communication with senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Ability to accept ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions
• Ability to influence and coach
• Data driven and detail oriented
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
