Job Description

•Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
•Ensure alignment between Mammut group HR strategies and MAMMUT subsidiaries
•Deploying the right talent sourcing strategy for hiring critical resources in MAMMUT group and subsidiaries
•Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
•Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
•Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
•Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
•Actively participate in the performance management process of individuals to ensure fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process

Requirements

•Bachelor in Human Resources or business •3 years HR management experience in well-known company •MBA would be an advantage for the candidate Skills: •Labor law •Human resources development •Talent sourcing •Program design •English fluency •Interview skill •Interpersonal relationship •Problem solving
