Decodid is currently seeking full-time experienced Engineers candidates for positions in our company. The engineer will participate in all phases of construction for commercial buildings.
Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge and technical skills, and experience with all phases of the project for mid to large size projects. An ability to produce thorough construction documents and technical specifications, strong communication, and presentation skills, and solid construction administration experience is required.
Requirements
· Bachelors or Master's Degree. · Minimum 5+ years of professional experience. . Proficient in relevant software. . Adobe Creative Suite, Drafting and Modeling are also helpful. · Interest/ experience in sustainable design and building performance. . Thorough working knowledge of current construction materials and understanding of both interior and exterior building systems and construction methodologies. · Excellent client management and customer service orientation; Strong leadership, time management, organization, and communication skill, and supporting the design team on large projects. . Knowledgeable and thoughtful with a knack for problem-solving and willingness to be a part of the solution and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. . Resolve design, construction, and other technical issues with the design team while focusing on the delivery of innovative and constructible design solutions; . Lead the production of documents required for the client, agency approval, bidding and construction. . Mentorship and professional development of junior professionals; May be assisted by Project Managers and other Senior Project Engineer but otherwise expected to lead junior level professional staff through all phases of the construction process.
