Job Description

Monitoring the process of maintenance, reforming and testing and launching or making highly sensitive machines which contain certain complexities.
Preparing and verifying machinery inventory and equipment used in laboratories and measurement, and also machinery that require calibration.
Preparing schedule of calibration of machinery.
Discrete monitoring on the process of calibration during installation and launch.
ensuring the precise implementation of on time calibration schedule.
Ensuring full compliance with QA legislation and regulations.
Coordination and collaboration with standard organization and industrial investigations in order to ascertain required standards.
Contacting industrial and scientific centers.
Analyzing reports of production lost time activities related to AM and PM services.
Ensuring full compliance with OH & S standards and regulations of due contractors and providing adequate trainings.
Conducting similar occupational responsibilities as ordered by senior management.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, analyzing, verifying, departmental statistics and reports.
Planning and monitoring periodic and major maintenance.
analyzing company's objectives and plans and presenting improvement plans.
Presenting maintenance programs and coordinating with departments in order to follow up the procedures.
Providing facts and figures in implementation of procedures and reporting the results to due manager.
Reporting the possible improvement plans to due managers.
Cooperating in preparation of self-development plans for departmental objectives.
Preparing working schedules.
