Job Description

• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
• Responsible for PC’s, Printers, HP Servers and related equipment
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
• Keep an inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
• Install, configure and upgrade PC software
• Passive/Active network administration including cisco 2960 switches, Linksys switches, and wireless
• System administration including Active Directory, Mail, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, ….
• Monitoring, Backup/Restore tasks
• Reporting to IT Manager


Requirements

• Proficient in TCP/IP concept • Highly skilled and experienced in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and general operating system issues • Knowledge of Network+, A+, Storage+, MCSE • Knowledge of CCNA, Exchange, VMware is a plus • Working experience as a senior IT Help Desk Technician, Junior Network Administration or Junior System administration for at least 2 years • Patient, creative, self-motivated, interested in new technology
