Job Description

- Respond to IT issues and requests.
- Ensure smooth running of IT systems in the Company.
- Provide technical assistance and support for requests and issues related to computer systems, networks, printers, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Requirements

- University degree in Computer Software / Hardware / IT or Computer science – High skill and experience in Network+, A+ and MS Office Applications Familiar with English 3 years of experience in related fields
