-Develop and improve manufacturing processes, -Provide manufacturing instruction documents -Provide material control for sheetmetal workshop by make nesting and G-code file for designed parts -Manage equipment by following equipment manufacturer’s instruction -Design and manufacturing new tools/trolley/ fixtures etc. -Purchase and installing equipment -Prepare product and material quality control instructions
Requirements
-B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree of Mechanical Engineering
-At least 2 years of work experience
-Fluent in English for read/write technical documents and standards
-Familiarity with sheetmetal equipment (Punch press, Press Brake, Laser Cut, Flame cut)
-Familiarity with sheet metal nesting and programming of CNC punch (metalix, trutops)
-Familiarity with Soildworks and AutoCad software
-Familiarity with HVAC products
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
