Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Linux and Network administrator to :
- Maintain and monitor daily performance of Systems and Networks
- Monitor and Troubleshoot company LAN/WAN Connections. (Stores, Region and HO Connections and Network)
- Monitor troubleshooting of Company systems (Microsoft windows server (AD/DC, Share point, File Server, Print Server, Mail server), Service Desk, Call Manager, Video Conference…)
- Monitor troubleshooting of visualized environments, including hosts, networking and storage resources
- Monitor, Troubleshoot and Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the systems.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, Network, software, and hardware.
- Manage and administer all aspects of user account management such as password, group policy, and privilege management for user access
