Job Description
List of responsibilities:
- Monitor troubleshooting of Company systems (Microsoft windows server (AD/DC, File Server, Print Server, Mail server), Service Desk, Call Manager, Video Conference…)
- Monitor troubleshooting of visualized environments, including hosts, networking and storage resources
- Monitor, Troubleshoot and Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the systems.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, Network, software, and hardware.
- Manage and administer all aspects of user account management such as password, group policy, and privilege management for user access
- Maintenance the IT Infrastructure and Network.
- Reporting to: Director of Administration.
- Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday:8:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
