Job Description

We are seeking a NOC Engineer to oversee our telecommunication networks and computer systems. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of our network infrastructure, troubleshooting problems, and responding to network issues. You may also be required to configure network devices such as Cisco, Mikrotik and etc.

Requirements

- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts - Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNA, CCNP (SW, ROUTE), MTCNA and MTCRE - Familiar with monitoring tools and protocols - Familiar with ITIL concepts and modules - Familiar with basic wireless technologies and terms - Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions - Patient in responding to customers and controlling stress - Doing daily tasks, rapidly and accurately - High responsibility - Teamwork ability - Familiar with documentation and reporting processes - Minimum 2 years of experience
