• Main Objective: Operation & Customer Service Manager with excellent knowledge about handling Air, Sea, and Overland and Transit shipments in a freight forwarder company is required • Main Responsibilities: - Supervising handling procedure on all shipments and operation team progress - Managing any rising issue in shipping procedures and building good working relationship with agents - Preparing necessary or requested reports for management
Requirements
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarder Company and Knowledge about handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments is necessary.
- Having related management work experience is necessary.
- Fluent in English.
