Job Description

- Evaluate and control personnel in accordance with the relevant instructions.
- Supervising the receipt and recording of reports and analyzing the reports of supervisors to prepare analytical and managerial reports.
- Updating and informing all instructions, bylaws and programs of the company and supervising the implementation of administrative, welfare, personnel and general regulations.
- Planning, managing, and coordinating operational activities.
- Monitoring the performance of employees, division of labor and coordination between them.
- Find complications and offer suggestions for retention, talent development and succession.
- Advise on policy and strategic developments and examine business decisions (pricing policy, level of service provision, timetable changes) to assess their impact on passengers.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with railway laws and regulations, particularly relating to health and safety.

Requirements

-Minimum Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management ( Human Resources, Business, Executive and MBA or other related fields). -Capable of leading people. -Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Problem solver with a solution/implementation focus. -Great interpersonal and communication skills. -English language fluency. -Negotiating skills. -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 50
