Planning and Warehouse Manager ( Takestan )

Job Description

Direct, control or coordinate production planning, warehousing and distribution in factory, using human resources and facilities in order to provide impressive production.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
To manage the planning unit of factory in two parts of raw materials and production for optimal use of organizational resources.
Providing production services including production and human resources planning, timely and effective supply of required items and receiving products.
To direct the warehouses of the factory in order to optimize logistic process.
To Supervise the proper execution of warehousing operations, including receiving, arranging, maintaining, transporting and sending products.
Control and monitor the movement of materials, supplies and products between the factory’s warehouses.
Review reports of waste materials, supplies and products to monitor inventories.
Continuous control of inventory in factory in order to prevent the stop of production line.
Organizing the work environment in accordance with safety and health standards and planning to establish a comprehensive and efficient management system.
Ensuring the safety of raw materials and goods in warehouses in collaboration with Security unit.
Continuous monitoring of projects in order to supply the required goods and equipment.
Continuous and effective collaboration with the QC unit to enhance the quality of operations.
Training and development of subordinate human resources.
