Job Description

- A solid grasp of User Experience and Visual Design fundamentals
- Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions.
- Define entire user experiences and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototype
- Collaborate with team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution.
- Research and user testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience with digital product design. - A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems. - A strong understanding of interaction design concepts. - The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions. - An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles. - Strong visual design skills. - Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly. - Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven design decisions.
