Job Description

A new product of Hezardastan Group, WorkTo is a talent acquisition platform (ATS). This B2B product is searching for an agile teammate who is motivated in developing a new product with a focused and detail-oriented mind.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining stories and prioritizing team backlog based on the product roadmap which is determined by the Product Manager, and collaborate with the technical team to get the tasks done and fulfill goals. If you are familiar with the product development process and enthusiastic to help a team and clients this job position is yours!

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Manager to define features and create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and roadmap.
- Reviews and prioritizes the backlog for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies.
- Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long-term goals.
- Follow our competitors and the industry.
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
