Job Description

The objective of the role: Supervision and control of all production line processes as well as operators' performance.
List of responsibilities:
1-Responsible for accountability regarding product quality and tonnage to higher reference and control of consumables
2-Responsibility for work-related accidents for personnel or equipment.

Reporting to: production manager.
Subordinates: Production operators.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: full time (8 hours).
Travel requirements: no.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 3500-4500 million tomans.
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: yes .

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor of Metallurgy or Ms of Metallurgy. Other certifications obtained: catia. office. Nature and length of previous experience: 0-1 year. Specialist knowledge: Specialized English language knowledge . Familiarity with defects occurred in the product. Personnel management . Soft Skills and Personality traits: catia. office.
