Job Description

- Planning for Production targets
- Negotiation with contract manufacturers for best planning of production in the best time
- Material planning by consideration of production plan
- Warehouse management
- Recognize and resolve warehouse and quality issues through Corrective Action Plans
- Supervise of all activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials
- Supervise of production steps and troubleshooting in contractor sites
- Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs or replacements
- Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Finance Teams to plan and monitor inventory levels and production lead times
- Collaborate with Sales team in analyzing the sales forecast, by completing the assets, raw materials, manpower requirements, customer demands, and following up on the actual production results.

- Work closely with related Department Managers with the design or new product introduction, alternative raw materials, equipment requirements, test /inspection plans, and product specification requirements
- Plan, create, control and monitor production schedules and job order priorities to meet production targets
- Schedule and direct Production Planning Meetings and track production performance to schedule
- Estimate costs, setting the quality standards and ensure that the production is cost effective

Requirements

- B.S. or master degree of Industrial Engineering or related field - At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical field - Advanced computer skills - Having team work and leadership skills - Fluent in English - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes (especially in solid and semisolid dosage forms) and quality control in pharmaceutical industry - Perfect in Negotiation, Active Listening, Time Management and Critical Thinking (Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems) - Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
