Job Description

• Track the certificates of purchased consumable or non-consumable materials, devices, equipment, etc.
• Track and supervise vendor activities on each device and provide hand over form in order to finalize the vendor activities and hand over to client.
• Supervise calibration of equipment on site and follow the certificates.
• Supervise calibration of equipment and tools which have been done by 3rd part companies and follow the certificates.
• Inspection during performance of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Activities (Activities will be controlled according to task breakdown by specialist under supervision of QA/QC Engineer).
• Follow up activities according to code and standards which is required.
• Monitoring all activities which are necessary to perform NDT in order to complete jobs.
• Follow up and finalize documentary for all activities.
• Prepare procedure based on required standards.
• Ability to prepare QA/ QC plan and procedure and fully understanding to apply during activities

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: The QA/QC Engineer must be able to meet these minimum qualifications to successfully fulfill the essential responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality related field. EXPERIENCE: - Candidate should have a minimum of three year experience in similar role. ABILITIES and SKILLS A. Leadership - Establish and maintain outstanding interpersonal relationship skills. - Demonstrate creativity and originality. - Utilize conflict management and negotiation skills. - Exercise good organizational and time management skills. - Manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
