-Active role in forecasting & budgeting of HR recruitment
-Prepare HR sourcing & events proposal for different job classes recruitment
-Define job descriptions & competencies
-Executive search, call interviews based on competency, general interviews
-Prepare interview flowchart, Tests, assessment centers, forms
-Implement Learning & Development procedure, training calendar, Evaluation of training & Source & effectiveness
-Responsible person for Learning & Development procedure and accountable for implementation
-Design induction plan for new joiners and accountable for implementing the plan
-Provide perfect support, assertive to meet the deadlines in Recruitment, Learning & Development & Induction Plan
