Job Description

-Active role in forecasting & budgeting of HR recruitment
-Prepare HR sourcing & events proposal for different job classes recruitment
-Define job descriptions & competencies
-Executive search, call interviews based on competency, general interviews
-Prepare interview flowchart, Tests, assessment centers, forms
-Implement Learning & Development procedure, training calendar, Evaluation of training & Source & effectiveness
-Responsible person for Learning & Development procedure and accountable for implementation
-Design induction plan for new joiners and accountable for implementing the plan
-Provide perfect support, assertive to meet the deadlines in Recruitment, Learning & Development & Induction Plan

Requirements

• BS/MA in Human Resource Management, psychology or related fields • at least 3 years of related experience • Hands on experience with various selection processes (e.g. CV screening, Interviewing...) • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. • Familiar with training standards specially ISO 10015 • familiar with food industry activity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to details, Strong decision making and analyzing skills , Good listening skills , Smart and fast learner • Fluent in English language
