Job Description

- Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementation of measures to achieve regional sales goals
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement
- Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributors
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Resolve complaints regarding sales and services
- Ensure good collaboration between sales and other departments such as finance, marketing and trade marketing
- Track the receipt of invoices received by the customer
- Review and analysis of the competitors’ situation in market
- Holding regular meetings with the various sales teams within a region to view sales and expenditure reports, provide advice and address challenges
- Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff

Requirements

- BSc/ MSc in management or related fields - At least 5 years’ experience in management or supervisory of sales roles - Problem solving and analytical thinking - Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills - Having no restrictions to travel and being mobile - Ideal Age Range: 30- 45
