Job Description

- Managing, Identification and conducting the development opportunities in interaction with factory manager
- Managing and Identification of suppliers chains, customers and events (national and internationals) in order to performing Research and Developments plans
- Ability of Management and Leadership of Research and Development teams as well as Quality control teams
- Mastering reverse engineering processes from Laboratory scale to mass production Mastering Standard and laboratory test methods of polymer chemistry as well as chemical and physical properties of polymers
- Develop R&D plans and aims and preparation of proposal to senior management as future programs based on marketing trends
- Managing and conducting the procedures of 5s, ISO standard requirements and preparation of required management reports
- Discovering market opportunities and needs
- Modeling product production methods and technologies from leading organizations
- Development of goals and plans of the research and development unit
