Commercial director in pharmaceutical Distribution Company

• Implement and follow up action plan and effectively managing regional Sales managers and sales staff
• Performance Measurement based on KPIs.
• Leading team activities in order to ensure defined targets achievement.
• Managing sales team and hiring of the related employees.
• Monitoring sales activities through planned double visits and with closed monitoring competitor
products, sales and marketing activities.
• Preparing periodic sales report, showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement.
• Planning Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis
• Continuous market monitoring, sales statistics and market research results analysis
• Making suggestions and collecting other department offers for developing "New Products" based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market.
• Analyzing and controlling performance of every team member and coaching them in the success way.
• Motivating every team in its way to improve team work performance.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

Requirements

- 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical distribution industry - At least 5 years of business management experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies - Mastery in the field of supply contracts - Mastery in planning and procurement - PR and negotiation skills - Degree: Engineering
