Main Objective: -Managing sales department to reach the market share and targets -Leadership, management, supervising and motivating sales staff and dealers to reach the sale goals -Controlling the distribution, sales and other related costs to maximize the profit •Main Responsibilities: - Formulation and implementation of B2B market strategies - Building and maintenance of B2B marketing relationships - Market analysis and preparing marketing plans - Determining sales targets (monthly, seasonally and annually) - Searching for new clients and new markets and developing market share - Providing customers with solutions - Implementation of marketing activities - Communicating with current, potential and new customers on regular basis (Visit, Email, Letter, Telephone, and etc.) - Prepare sales reports - Determining & reporting sales KPIs and performance - Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met - Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition - Prepare sales reports - Determining & reporting sales KPIs and performance
