You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. You will help the team to work towards becoming more cross-functional and self-organizing, remove impediments, organize team meetings like spring planning, backlog refinement, retrospective and etc. You will work closely with the development team and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities: - Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming and release planning - Coach team members in Agile frameworks - Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration - Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur - Help teams implement changes effectively - Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint - Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity - Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it - work with - Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
