Job Description

-Facilitate work to increase team creativity and improve team performance in the software development process
-Responsible for managing Scrum team processes based on agile processes
-Arranging and coordinating all scrum meetings
-Assist the relevant manager to set the backlog in a way that is appropriate and understandable for Scrum team members
-Leading Retro meetings and following up to implement the decisions and ideas raised in these meetings

Requirements

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering or one of the fields related to project management -Minimum of 3 years' experience in Programming and Software Development -Sufficient knowledge in the field of agile software development methodologies -Solid understanding of the all roles in Scrum methodology and the tasks of each of them -Holding regular meetings related to Scrum such as Daily, Planning, Demo, Retro -Familiar with Velocity, measurement methods and the ability to measure team capacity for a sprint -Experience in time estimation in Planning meetings -Ensure proper execution of agile processes in teams -Ability to communicate effectively with other roles in Scrum -Sufficient ability to guide the team to ensure the performance of agile processes -Sufficient knowledge of Tasks, Back Log tracking and Burn-down chart extraction -Familiar with task management systems such as Jira and YouTrack -Ideal Age Range: 27 - 37
