Job Description

-Design and implement the social media strategy to align with business goals
-Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
-Create and plan social media content calendar
-Define and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social media KPIs
-Monitoring the company's brand on social media
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
-Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
-Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner

Requirements

-5+ years of experience in Social Media -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent analytical and time-management skills -Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience -Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite -Team player -Expert in the concepts of Social Media Marketing and advertising
