• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals • Create and plan social media content calendar • Collaborate closely with the Art and Content department to develop engaging and viral content. • Define and measure the effectiveness campaigns and social media KPIs • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media • Provide managers with required reports on time
Requirements
• 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, FourSquare, Instagram, Facebook, and others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite
• Team player
• Expert in the concepts of Social Media Marketing and advertising
