Job Description

• Growth and expansion of current markets.
• Marketing and finding new domestics chain stores
• Familiar with chain stores process and strategies to manage and build strong business
relationships
• Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and order new products as required
• recruiting, training, supervising and appraising promoters
• Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
• Overseeing pricing
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, motivating staff
• Ability to make solution for increased volume of sales in national chain stores
• Our company has contracts with all national chain stores such as (Hyperstar. Etka, Refah,
Hayperme, Shahrvand, HyperC and etc) and the main responsibility is to increase volume of
sales.
• Familiar with sales structure

Essential Requirements: • Familiar with FMCG and Protein industries such as (Meat products, Burger, Falafel, nugget and etc) • Familiar with chain stores process • Structure and process maker Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field • Creative & Innovative • Good Client Relationships skills • Leadership & Managerial Skills • Attention to Details • Multi-tasking skills • Good team worker • Good organizational behavior • Merchandising • A talent for motivating others • Excellent customer service skills(CRM) • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Being able to adapt to challenging situations • A sense of responsibility and confident • Ability to make decisions Benefits: Fixed salary, Commission, Sufficient benefits
