- Develop and implement talent strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources
- Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process of the Organization and provide with creative sourcing solutions to attract best fit candidates
- Assess training needs, manage and monitor training programs to develop people
- Responsible for performance management cycle of the company and support function managers to have effective conversation with their staff
- Succession planning for key roles and plan for development plan and progress of the target group
