Responsible for establishing long-term business relationships with company’s customers through deep understanding of customer, market needs, trends and providing creative solution inform of innovative content and programs in company’s social media, brochures and website. Primary Responsibilities:
Customer relationship management
• Collect, segment all the information of the company's customers and communicate them according to the marketing communication strategies.
• Receive, update, analyze, and manage information about farmers, customers, and other market players and Prepare different reports based on marketing and sales department's needs.
• Continuously monitor, analyze and report market and competitor's activities and market and customer needs.
Content production:
• To plan strategies: Must be able to understand existing strategies by knowing how to search and use content and social media in line with the goals of the organization and put the information together. Must be able to identify the target audience and know what platforms help the organization grow.
• Management of social networks: create relevant posts on social media and view and respond to conversations that take place within the community. Monitoring Instagram, responding to Instagram posts, and interacting with brand sponsors should be on the agenda. This also entails understanding how to respond to negative feedback.
• Supporting marketing activities and strategies and knowing how to transfer recommendations and complaints to Sales Operations and marketing team.
Field activities:
• Following up demo trials (own/contractors) in coordination with the field technician and using the results on product launch activities, spray programs, seed varieties.
• Planning, organizing, and executing field days in cooperation with the technical specialist.
• Preparing and participating in regional customer meetings in coordination with the sales team
