Job Description

Job description:
- Overseeing tests in production line and ensuring sound observation in each QC station and documenting results on forms
- Overseeing tests done on raw materials and packaging to ensure standard quality
- Overseeing tests on finished products (chemical, physical, and microbial) to ensure standard compatibility
- Designing and implementation of research in order to constantly improve product quality, reduce waste and use of water and chemicals, thus boosting productivity
- Cooperating with production designer and plant manager in production planning
- Arranging for calibration of lab equipment and ensuring their sound performance
- Regular supervision of production processes in accordance to the table of Food Safety and ensuring effectiveness of preemptive and corrective initiatives in accordance to HACCP table
- Supervision of production plants to ensure workers abide by health and quality regulations
- Gathering needed data for government audits and double checking their validity
- Answering customer complaints
- Supervision of water quality in production and its purifier
- Supervision of clean rooms in accordance with standards
- Arranging stability checks for each production batch to certify correct expiration date
- Arranging empowering training for lab personnel
- Reporting on activities and QC to the management
