Aryaco new brand name FA is a commerce company established in 2013, located in Tehran. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead and optimize our sales team. This role focuses on driving sales performance and enhancing customer service to achieve company growth objectives.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales efforts. - Oversee customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while keeping up with new products and competition. - Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management. - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications: - Strong numerical reasoning skills with an ability to analyze data and create actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree in History, Geography, or Archeology. - Proven experience in sales management or a relevant sales role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
