Job Description

List of responsibilities:
- Provide Correct storage methods.
- Follow-up & receive Packing list & Invoice from commercial department.
- Giving the product classification number (MESC) to the drilling rig goods, spare parts & materials.
- Receive MR from operation department, supervision on preparation, packaging and delivery.
- Supervision on design and standardization of drilling rigs warehouse forms.
- Supervising and following up on correct registration of document and information processing of goods related to drilling rigs.
- Supervision on opening packages of purchased goods or received goods from drilling rigs and report the deficit or surplus of received goods.
- Supervision over the arrangement and stocking goods in covered warehouse and open yard.
- Supervision over the goods that have expiration date.
- Supervising the issuance of warehouse documents and their periodic control according to the instructions.
- Provide the necessary suggestion to improve storage methods and provide better services.
- Supervising the registration of documents and all documents related to the delivery and received of goods.
- Prepare monthly report of the condition of the warehouse for related management.
- Maintain optimum level of inventory.
- Manage the material handling, tagging and stocking according to the warehouse system.
- Annual stock taking.
- Proper locating and retrieving all rejected material as well as damage and overage.
- Supervising the correct implementation of the company’s instruction and warehousing methods.
- Supervising and approving of the entry and exit of the goods to/from the warehouse.
- Cooperation with the company’s accounting department and auditors.
- Reporting to: Kish Base Manager-procurement Manager.
- Working hours: 9 Hour a day at least.
