Warehouse Manager
• Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
• Recognize and resolve warehouse and quality issues through Corrective Action Plans.
• Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
• Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment, and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
• Continuous review of storage and distribution capacities
• Control the factors related to the warehouse unit orders
• Deciding on the arrangement of goods and related groupings inside the warehouse according to the company's rules and ensuring the optimal storage of goods
• Presenting the performance report of the warehouse and logistics unit on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis to calculate the KPI of the unit and the colleagues of the unit.
