Job Description

- Manage and preserve executive date and programs.
- Preparing invoices, reports, notes, letters, and others documents by using Microsoft word, spread sheets, database or content , display software. Read and analyze MOMs, Requests, and reports for determining their level of importance and planning for their distribution to departments.
- Opening categorizing, and submitting received correspondence including facsimile messages & emails.
- Archiving and recovery if office reports and documents.
- Welcoming guests and distinguishing the in charge person whom shall be responsive within the organization.
- Prepare proper responses to ordinary and every day letters.
- Performing all the general administrative duties such as, but not limited to organizing the archives, Documentary Management systems, etc.
- Prepare work plans and coordinating all the committee, departments and internal meetings.
- Coordinating all the traveling missions of board of directors.

Requirements

- Expertise in management of time, verbal communication, writing and negotiation skills, public relations, active learning and listening, and coordinating activities. - Capable of classifying different input data to categorized information, quick identification of obstacles and problems and resolving them. - To be self-control, honest, trustworthy, self critical, cooperative and supportive, accurate and pay attention to details and to be independent in performing his/her duties. - At least 10 years experience in the related fields - Having records in the fields of steel and building industries at the sama position would be an absolute privilege.
