Job Description

Location : west of Tehran - 8 kilometer of karaj road
Coordinating and supporting daily operational and administrative functions,
-Providing support in creating materials for clients meetings including presentations, report writing and publishing,
-Providing full support for guests (local or international) such as handing their accommodation and transportation needs and etc.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years progressive administrative or office management experience, - Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal, written), - Perfect attention to details, - Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful and a good team player, - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, - Detail-oriented, multitasker and able to work independently - Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi), - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Fluent in English,
