Job Description

•Main Objective:
The Business to Business (B2B) Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the Business Sales Specialists. This position will provide leadership of staff towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for assigning and reassigning existing books of business amongst Business Sales Specialists. This position will also execute plans and strategies to expand new business sales, drive prospecting opportunities, and achieve the goals.

•Main Responsibilities:

-People Management:
•Determining goals, performance plans, and precise and objective standards for specialists
•Communicate with specialists to review performance, progress, and goals, address their problems, and resolve organizational conflicts
•In-depth review and performance report for each specialist
•Coaching specialists to help improve sales performance
•Advising, supporting, regulating, disciplining, and dismissing undesirable experts
•Implementation of sales performance evaluation system and commission payment
•Planning and implementing training programs (Needs assessment, planning, and implementation)
•Schedule regular meetings with the sales team
•Selection and employment of specialists inside and outside the organization

-Customer Needs Management:
•Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
•Solve customer issues and follow up customer complaints regarding sales and after-sales service
•Participate in pricing and discount rates
•Collaboration and idea generation in the implementation of customer service programs (customer club)

-Business Management:
•Divide goals and forecast annual and quarterly revenue for the organizational sales team
•Develop sales strategies to gain new customers or clients
•Follow the sales team indicators and provide the required reports
•Analyze sales data and create plans to address performance deviations
•Collaborate with marketing managers to generate a keen customer
•Prepare budget and approve expenses
•Monitoring competition, economic indicators, industry trends, and their relevance to the product portfolio
•Determining the sales process (Sales engineering)
•Collaborate in ideation and implementation of appropriate campaigns
•Plan to increase the share of each customer's wallet
•Attend sales negotiation meetings with organizations and companies
•Organizing and attending related domestic or foreign exhibitions
•Supervise the full implementation of all financial instructions in the organizational sales unit
•Monitor the activities of experts in CRM and prepare an accurate and categorized database
•Reporting to CMO

Requirements

-Bachelor`s/ Master`s Degree in business/ Management/ MBA/ industrial engineering -Over 3 years as a Sales Manager -Excellent communication skill ( written and verbal) -Team Management and Leadership -Data Analysing -Expert in negotiation, pricing, and CRM
