Business Analytics Manager (VISTA Investment Company)

Job Description

• To develop systems for data collection and analysis
• To assign and oversee specific data analysis projects across portfolio companies
• To interpret data and developing actionable recommendations for top management
• To prepare analytical reports for top management that present complex data information in an understandable way
• To meticulously track the performance of portfolio companies
• To demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
• To support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
• To manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
• To stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
• To develop and plan a framework for performance and share the target KPIs with Vista portfolio companies to ensure moving in the right direction.
• To prepare and deliver data-driven insights to the top management about progress, achievements, and roadblocks in managing the business of portfolio companies
• To identify key customers that push demand for portfolio companies’ products or services, and drive engagement with those customers
• To work closely with portfolio companies to ensure they are successful using MTN Irancell services, platforms, customer base, and channels, making sure they have the technical resources required.
• To manage and enforce reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the efforts to support portfolio companies
