Job Description

•Main Objective:
We need a talented and professional manager with broad experience in startup development for a professional startup in real estate and building management

•Main Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and suggest business opportunities, fitting to the overall strategy to realize our ambitions in terms of sales and market position growth
-Realize short and long term plans
-Develops and manages the required infrastructure to enable business success
-Search, suggest, develop and manage key accounts
-Design and managing marketing research plan
-Branding
-Managing public relation, CRM and advertising
-Reporting to: CEO
-Length of Probation Period: 1 Month

Requirements

-BA/MA in Management, MBA or other related field -Minimum 5 years of successful startup experience and preferably marketing or business development Management experience (Experience in Inspection Services is advantage) -Self-driven and committed to delivering quality results under pressure and meeting sensitive deadlines -Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and presentation skills -Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 45
