What are we looking for?
We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and extremely driven individual that will act as CEO to direct and oversee the operations and management of a tech-based institution. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, business development, marketing, promoting, fundraising, and ongoing execution of the operations within the company.
Job responsibilities:
• Serving as the lead coordinator and supervisor of multiple subsidiaries, leading client meetings, and planning sessions, leading internal team strategy, overseeing execution of tasks and responsibilities, communicating with shareholders and potential investors
• Proactively generate ideas and opportunities to meet/exceed client objectives, anticipate client needs and prepare in advance, and ensure that all subsidiaries consistently demonstrate our values
• Lead integrated marketing communications discussions, with a clear knowledge of how initiatives such as media relations, analyst relations, content marketing work in tandem
• Lead new business development opportunities
• Lead our teams towards successful product launches…and beyond
• Take ownership of our strategic trajectory
• Lead communications between various business unit towards successful and timely execution of tasks and responsibilities, promoting values and group’s business culture within the subsidiaries and amongst team members
• Create, manage, and execute the business plan
• Recruit and retain high-quality staff and consultants
• Draft and prepare all material needed for fundraising, plan and execute fundraising campaigns, manage communications and correspondents with investors
