Job Description

-Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
-Organizing, arranging, and coordinating meetings and appointments
-Managing and distributing information within an office such as answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files
-Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
-Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
-Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
-Creates agendas and takes meeting notes

Requirements

- More than 2 years’ experience as CEO Assistance. - Preferably familiar with foreign trade - Excellent and good verbal communication skills - Regular, diligent, and flexible. - Capable of researching - Fluency in Persian and English correspondence - Multitasking capabilities and organizational abilities - Self-Motivation. - Familiar with internet and computer skills (office) - Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading) - Able to translate English. - Detail-oriented. - Age: Maximum 40 years
