Job Description

As the senior technical manager of the development team, you ensure the efficiency of existing systems by monitoring the infrastructure used by the project and conducting ongoing research on new and innovative technologies:
Responsibility for policy making and monitoring the product development process
Defining the technical development perspective
Evaluating system performance and take advantage of efficient architecture
Reducing potential project risks by acquiring participation from the QA unit
Evaluating KPIs and IT budgets to evaluate product performance
Motivating team members
Solving challenges in stressful situations
Ensuring the timely completion of each stage of the project in accordance with the budget and quality standards
Examining all the tasks performed by the technical team and resolving it's problems Continuous for improvement of product quality and performance
