- The CTO will be leading a growing team of about 50 people in various subsections in the Technical division. - He / She will report directly to the CEO and will implement the technical strategies collaboratively developed with the CEO. - Therefore he/she will be responsible for the entire projects executing operations in the company. - These operations include, but are not limited to, management, monitoring, problems solving, and data base update. - He / She will also be responsible for overseeing and improving the processes in the technical department. - All the operations and processes are based on the accepted organizational frameworks.
Requirements
- Education: BS/MS degree in Engineering/Science within an appropriate discipline related to Telecom.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in design, build, operations and support of Telecommunication services with 6+ years in a leadership role.
