• Monitor PM activities and calibration and documentation • Monitoring and controlling the inventory of spare parts and providing the order point for these parts • Planning the implementation of CAPA and resolving their discrepancies • Provide support services to production units and transfer technology for projects • Supervise the delivery of machines from the manufacturer and installation internally • Coordination with other departments • Work closely with maintenance, production, and quality team to improve operational performance. • Take action to prepare reports of deviations and find their roots and plan to eliminate these deviations • Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery • Continuously improve the Operation and Maintenance procedures to reduce energy
Requirements
• A bachelor/Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or other relevant major degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries,
• Has understanding about business needs and ability to integrate specialist knowledge and business targets.
• Ability to influence department performance and to some extend site performance
• experienced with maintenance systems.
• Good understanding of English
